Passwords are system generated and cannot be set to your own choice, for security reasons, but can be updated or reset on request.

10. Why my password has been changed without notifying me?
Your password might have changed due to one of the following factors:
1. System detects multiple failed attempts to login on to the website.
2. Account was used from different computers.
This is done to protect your username and password, from being used by an unauthorized person. If you feel that your password is not active anymore, please send an email to Support

11. I'm trying to signup but getting rejected by biller.
Please check this issue with your Card provider, insufficient funds or temporary problems in the credit card network may be the cause.
Signup may have been rejected by the card processing network or cardholder's bank when the signup was in its grace period, so you are not penalized and the signup is merely deactivated. This is often due to factors which cannot be checked in real-time such as not-yet-reported stolen or lost cards.
Try to sign up with another Credit card or try different email address. It could also be a browser's problem so please delete your cookies, temporary internet files and clear the history files of your browser, then close all the opened windows, reopen it and try again.

12. How do I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership at anytime. Your transaction could have been processed by four processors. Paycom, Ccbill, SegpayEu or WTS (cheques only):

13.1 How can I be refunded?
a. Amazingpass does not provide cash refunds. We may, however, grant credits in the form of free monthly memberships to resolve customer service issues. The billing system used by Amazingpass or our authorized agents provides extensive credit card fraud protection measures and our Sites include many features to protect users from accidental charges. Therefore, refunds to your credit card will be provided only under the rarest of circumstances such as persistent technical problems originating with our equipment

b. Transactions made by Phone billing cannot be refunded.

14. How can I download the movies?
To download a movie, you just have to right click on the movie link and then select "Save target as".
You'll be prompted to choose a place where to store the movie on your hard drive, and then the download will start.
Once it’s finished saving, you'll simply have to double click on the file and play the movie.
Before that please note that if you left click on the link, your media player will automatically spawn and start caching the movie to play and then you won’t be able to save the movie on your hard drive.

15. How can I watch the movies? Any software needed?
All our movies are ripped from DVD and encoded in high quality mpeg or with the xvid codec. That means you can watch it with the e.g. windows media player and need to download and install the xvid codec.

16. Whats is the XviD codec?
XviD is the name of a new open-source video codec, which just like DivX is based on the new MPEG-4 compression standard for video. It's currently being developed by people from all over the world.
When you install a video codec on your system it basically works as an add-on to your system with instructions how to compress/decompress video in that video format. Once you've installed the XviD codec on your system you will be able to play XviD movies using Windows Media Player or any other XviD-enabled player.

17. My video is playing with the wrong player. How to change it?
To change file associations
1. Right-click a file with the extension whose association you want to change, and then click Open With.
2. In the Open With dialog box, click the program where you want the file to open, or click Browse to locate the program that you want.
3. Select the Always use the selected program to open this kind of file check box.

19. My membership isn't working, help.
1. Please ensure your firewall is not conflicting with accessing sites, authentication scripts, etc. A firewall setup that is too strict as not to allow interaction with web pages and the scripts needed to authorize login, will create a problem.
2. Both Username and Password are case sensitive, make sure you type in correctly; we suggest you to COPY and PASTE your password into the login box.
3. Please ensure there are NO spaces in the beginning or end of your password
